The status bar currently only uses the portable stderr
output device instead of direct screen writes or bios
functions. It is also "clearable" by some display strings.
If the status bar disappears, just press any extended key,
i.e. <Home>.
Some of the information is displayed with an one
or two letter label in order to save space. Most are obvious.
H= precedes the home phone number
D= precedes the data phone number
B= precedes the baudrate if remote
TC= precedes the number of times called
S= precedes the security level
T= precedes the amount of time left
When the user has indicated a desire to chat, the comment
is displayed on the bottom line of Page 1.
